Without accurate estimates, it’s impossible to plan your project. If you don’t have an idea of how long the project will take or what resources you will need, there is no way to ensure you’ll have the right people, materials, or tools available when you need them.
So, regarding your tasks, our PM prepares a doc ( Excel or PDF), where he will describe each task separately (its cost and time frame), then you will find the total qoute of price and time. After we suggest having a short call with and discussing your expactations.

During development, normally you get access to our test server where you can see your product being developed, and to our issue-tracker, where we log the hours on a daily basis for better transparency.

In this case, we hire them to our staff and fully accompany them for the duration of the project. All wages and taxes for this employee are on our side.
If you choose to collaborate with us on the candidate search model (when a dedicated developer or team is needed), we'll discuss the salary of each candidate with the client and an additional commission in the form of 5 to 10%, which depends on the candidate and his level.
